Wicd funktioniert einfach super, während NetworkManager nicht immer so ganz zuverlässig ist. Maybe i can add my packages to the repo. Got packages for blas, glpk and octave, but not for hdf5.

Agree, I will fix this with the bugfix-Upgrade to wine 1.2.1 by removing the associations except the ones for .exe etc.

No problems with midori here, it completes the Acid3 test and the result looks identical to the reference here http://acid3.acidtests.org/reference.html .

I had the same difficult problem with some pdf files and epdfview, but it is more difficult that those documents looked fine with evince, although both evince and epdfview use poppler.
