looks good, the only problems are;

1) the update notifier does not update anything. it notifies, asks permission, then closes.

2) live clone. it does a great job making a big squashed salt file, what it doesnt do is put it into an iso after its done. i have chose build iso in the gui a few times ...

hi, im the guy who messed up my lilo. i reinstalled and used the expert lilo mode, all is perfect now. thanks for the reply, you guys got me on the right track, i think that booting from usb was switching sda & sdb and i was too dimwitted to notice. sorry, i feel a little silly now. oh well ...

i am having trouble with lilo. i installed the 13.2 beta over a slackware install and all went well untill reboot. i got my old slackware bootsplash....followed by ;
Loading LinuxEBDA is big; kernel setup stack overlaps lilo second stage
i rebooted from the install media, exited the installer ...
