Actually Gapan it is the newest bios.
I reproduced it in each usb port this morning.
This doesn't happen with any other live distros that I've tried on this usb key..
So like I said, I look forward to seeing another release.
So you boot normally from usb and it always destroys your bios? An OS ...

So I downloaded the iso. Used Unetbootin to put it on an USB. It started to boot then complained that something had gone wrong and I should copy salixlive to an IDE/SATA drive. So I rebooted to find my Acer Aspire One's BIOS bricked. It's not really a big deal for me, I keep a recovery USB just for ...
