If your public IP is 187 136 22 78, nmap tells your host is down, no ports are open. Maybe you have not set up correctly your NAT rule, maybe you have a firewall.
If this IP is not yours, your domain name and the IP don't match.

Your computer has an private/locale IP, that means it's not connecting directly to Internet.
So you must set a NAT rule on the device connected to Internet. All connection to this device on the ports 20 and 21 must be redirected to your locale address on the same port.

I think it's because of webkitgtk, not jumanji. I had the same problem with xombrero web browser until I upgrade to webkitgtk-1.8.

Depuis quelle opération rencontres-tu ce problème ?
