I just installed the libreoffice (3.5.3-x86_64-2alien) and now the Gslapt insists to 'upgrade' it to 3.3.2-x86_64-1gv . Bug or something is wrong?

Hello,
I have difficulties to compile the TiLP (a linking program for Texas Instruments gfx calc).
I contacted the developer and wrote me that I need the libusb dev files.
So far I am unable to find them, even using the Gslapt pkg manager....

Hi,
Is there any alternative network manager like the one has the gnome?
It seems that the wicd is f*** buggy..... It can be connected to WPA wireless without any problem but when on openwifi I have no network! it seems to be connected and has an IP but cannot send/receive anything.

βασικά δοκιμάζω αρκετά distro απο καιρό σε καιρό...ενα tip που δουλεύει (σχεδόν) πάντα είναι να βάζω το παρακάτω
στο (custom) .xprofile μου..
setxkbmap gb,gr -option grp:switch,grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll

I just discovered that the /etc/ntp.conf was empty!!!
Its ok now
I just put there some ntp servers ... (running the XFCE version of Salix)

'new' to Salix and I just discovered too the time problem (system in localtime, OS shows +1 hr time).
I had to disable the ntpd update... needless to say its something I never had on any previous OS (linux or not) at the past.....
