Sorry for my mistake, I'm using pcmanfm as file manager and in the project webpage (http://wiki.lxde.org/en/PCManFM) it says that supports seamless access to remote filesytems with gvfs, and it mentions webdav, so that's why I become aware of gvfs in the first place...
