imho the Salix LIveclone is better than Zenwalk Liveclone.
The only i was wondering is, why Salix uses Python for its installer, Zenwalk uses gtkdialog.

I started the install codecs script and the installer did not show any error, so i
thought everything's ok.
It is a stand-alone pc without (W)LAN so there could not be any network connection.
I wondered why it does not show any error, it finished with ...

it is great that there is an installer for codecs, but is this legal to plug them onto the live cd?
I think in Salix the installer will first download the codecs after clicking on "install codecs" but the live cd already includes all needed codecs, without download them from a site. Could anybody ...

Somewhere along the line it seems I erased the signal emitted from that button in the glade file.
So you simply need to replace it with the new glade file from svn

What was the problem with? I work with RC2 and made some new base and core
modules, so i only want to fix this Bug. Could i only replace the old Lilosetup script ...

i put the x86 190.53 on my server. If anybody wants Live-CD with NVidia, just plug it into your /base
directory of the Live-CD and make_iso.sh.

i changed option vmalloc size from default 128M in lilo config to "vmalloc=256M"
- it works fine
