the slap-get trick for mate have install a clean and fully fonctionnal mate desktop (1.14.1)

recently slap-get upgrade my mate version so actually im runninig: MATE Desktop Environment 1.16.1

First thing i'll say. On a fresh salix 14.2 install sudo slapt-get --install-set mate does not work. We first have to update Gslapt pkg to make all mate stuff appears. Then your super code do the work :D After that, i had to install all the soft i am used to. A rare one that i didn't succeded via so...
