Auto mount in KDE version works fine , but the file system is always mounted read-only. Even the Root user can doesnt have rw access. Any ideas ?

What parameters should I pass for the mount to be available for other users , when mounting maually ?

When I boot Salix , the boot process holds saying they can not detect my VGA. I can manually select or skip to continue boot using the space. Does any one have any idea how I could get the os to log errors during boot to find whats causing this ?
