Re: Problem with protonvpn-cli
I used just openvpn in Lubuntu to setup protonvpn and that worked. Every instruction I see on the web requires both openvpn and protonvpn-cli to be setup. I can't remember how I did it with just openvpn now. Any ideas?

Re: System freeze problem
Well something must be different. I'm going to research a fix for networkmanager and reload Slackware and see if over time my system locks up. I'll get back to you on this. Thanks.

Hello all, I've been away from salix a couple of years. I just installed 14.2 last night. Problem is, my system keeps freezing up. The wired connection takes several minutes to settle down and work, but one annoyance at a time. I've googled this and the only thing I've come close to my problem was a...

Re: Anyone install Salix on an HP Stream netbook?

I used a usb to ethernet adapter for a wired internet connection. After install and update I used lubuntu's driver updat...

Anyone install Salix on an HP Stream netbook?
Hello all, I'm new to Salix and Slackware. I've been using Lubuntu and decided to start using a big boy Linux version. I bought an HP Stream 11 on sale last year. I need to install Salix but don't want to screw this up. I got Salix on a thumb drive and started the install but the auto install only r...
