Maybe I don't understand it but I was looking for an official Salix project GPG key and a signature of the official ISO or hash sum.
If there are just md5 and sha1 sums no problem.

First I want to thanks all of the people behind Salix. It'd a really nice project, I used 14.1 and it was great. I want to give 15 a try.
