That seems like a problem with sbopkg and we don't use sbopkg in Salix.
I was pretty sure that it was me doing something wrong with sbopkg and someone will correct my doings, but you are probably right that its a problem with sbopkg.

Lately wine team released version 10.0 so I would like to upgrade to that version. On slackbuilds.org wine seems to be 10:

I have compiled some open source DOS game remake. When I try to run it, it complains that it needs glibc 2.34
