Howdy Yall! I'm fishman from fishman love's linux. I just joined this community and am new to Salix. I installed it on an ASUS EeePC 900HD netbook. So far it runs very smooth for having less than a 1.0 Ghz CPU. At least I have 2 Gb of RAM. I will be doing alot of reading on here as I figure out how to use this Slackware based Distro.

Hi fishman, welcome to the forums! Take a look at the startup guide, linked from the main page, I'm sure you'll find useful things in there. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask.
