If you have any kind of problem with Salix, please do not send Private Messages to developers asking about it. Instead, create a new thread and post your problem publicly in the forum. That is why it is there! This would most probably get you an answer faster, since more people will be able to see your question and you won't be relying on a single person for support.

Also, more people might experience the same problem as you do, and could find a fix by reading the replies to your post.
