Salix has a "one application per task" philosophy, and also sticks as close as possible to Slackware. I can see this might be tricky if you don't have ethernet, but not only is that probably rather uncommon, it is not that hard to work your way around it.mario wrote:It boggles the mind that the developers wouldn't include it at least as an option.
Probably rather more common are the use cases Wicd doesn't support, but NM does, although I do agree that where Wicd works at all (that is, in most cases), it is both more reliable and more intuitive.
