The Slackbuild "openoffice.org"required the package "rpm", as a command called "rpm2cpio" is required to install it.

Thanks! I added the missing ones for videocut and OOo. I'll have to take a deeper look into openshot.

Supertuxkart requires SDL-2.0.4-i586.
Pretty straight forward error message out of Sourcery:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:299 (message):
SDL2 not found. SDL2 is required to handle gamepad in SuperTuxKart.

The Slackbuild "xdotool" requires the package "doxygen" to compile.

The Slackbuild "kronometer" requires "linuxdoc-tools" and "oxygen-icons".
Another KDE application, "kolourpaint" needs the "oxygen-icons", too.
And "kdenlive", the old version 0.9.10 which still is in the Sourcery list, requires "nepomuk-core", "shared-desktop-ontologies" and "linuxdoc-tools".

I was about to suggest to put the program kronometer in the Accessories category... but it just took a restart for Salix to place the newly installed programs in their respective categories.

There is this package called "cmake-202x" in Sourcery, version 3.19.6 in Salix 14.2 now. That requires "lzip" to compile.

Broken Link

Post by Bird »

The download link for "libfsntfs" is broken on Salix 14.2, both 32 and 64 bit. This one doesn't work anymore:
