Hello,
I am making a backup of all the packages installed on my system but liveenv-14.2-x86_64-1slm is missing and I can't find it in http://ftp.nluug.nl/os/Linux/distr/sali ... 4.2/salix/
best regards,
liveenv-14.2-x86_64-1s lm msissing

liveenv package is created during live iso creation. It is a package which includes the user "one" settings for the live environment. It is not needed after installation. Since a new user created during installation. It is not a salix package which exists on salix repos. You don't needed.

Hello djemos,
I had problems uninstalling liveenv.
$sudo removepkg liveenv-14.2
$libtool --finish /usr/lib64
after that sudo was nowhere to be found.
$sudo leafpad fail
I decide to restart the PC.
I notice that my hostname has disappeared and that darkstar has returned.
I'm trying to log in to my account, it's not working.
I panic and start a system restore.
sadly I didn't think to make a root connection with one as a password. do you think this could work?

sudo has nothing to do with liveenv. Never uninstalling it because there are there /etc/group /etc/shadow /etc/hosts etc. Something else happened. Since there is no sudo, there is a problem. The last is to reinstall the system.
