Does the Fluxbox version have a tool that creates dynamic menus? IIRC Fluxbox by default uses the same static menus like Openbox.

I don't know myself. It seems some things just show up when installed, somethings not till you reboot, and somethings don't show at all. I haven't seen a specific tool myself.
