Try this:

Code: Select all

$ notification properties
There's a .desktop file for this tool but it has "NoDisplay=true" by default :geek:

So we should just resubmit (new ticket ) for the old package once we confirm that is works in 13.2?
Thanks

Evince isn't working either.

And somehow I cannot print from a remote host, even though my network printer is displayed correctly in the print dialog.

:(

edit - everything is fine, I just forgot to configure my /etc/hosts file.

:oops:

If I click on restart at the login screen GDM crashes and restarts. Shutdown works fine though. I had the same problem with 13.1. No other noticeable problems other than the buggy nouveau driver which I promptly swapped for the Nvidia binary.

I'm using Quodlibet and it segfaults randomly. I know my Dell laptop has temperature issues - when I compile software, gcc usually crashes if I don't use an external fan to cool the bottom of my laptop.

But Quodlibet isn't a CPU hog... does anybody use Quodlibet in alpha1?

edit With proper ventilation, Quodlibet ins't crashing anymore. But I found one problem with Parole - it plays DVD's but there's no sound. CD's are fine, though.

I think there is "no way" to expect a LibreOffice final release before February.

There's a weird little bug - /home appears as 'hmee' in the console prompt.
