In Salix or in Fedora, it often has some issues.
Mint Cinnamon also can't unpack the file.
No issues in Fedora Gnome & Ubuntu.
Nor on Windows with 7-zip.

P.S.
This wasn't the only archive where Engrampa had issues with opening.
However, the others didn't show any meaningful messages.
It was simply trying and trying 'forever'.
One file left ... for hours.

That's because it's not actually a .tar.gz file, but a .zip file instead. Rename it to .zip and it will work. It's not an issue with engrampa, it's an issue with the theme packaging.

Then, you must've been redefining the meaning of the term "an issue of / with". ;)

How I see the things, if I can open a file in 3 different applications, but the 4th reproducible won't open it, then it is very well the application issue.
