As Multiboot uses grub2 (1.97 on the screenshots, maybe 1.98 on the last version), it should works very well with Salix Live. I may ask some support of Salix from them and make a package for Salix.
I already tested it and it works very good.
And it's much better than unetbootin that uses syslinux (which is somehow incompatible with our Salix Live versions) and is ugly.

I tried to do a package for Salix, but it's SO Ubuntu-centric that it needs to be patched in multiple places… Don't expect it soon.
