gtkhtml2_viewer plugin for Claws-Mail

I ask for it because the default for "HTML settings" in claws is that HTML is preferred and without a browser embedded, the user sees the plain tags also, not nice.

Alternative: Use Fancy (another claws plugin) with WebKit (seen as package in salix repository) ... but not tested by me so far

claws-mail-extra-plugins have been added to the repo, including fancy and mayflower plugin (both webkit).
