Well, I think the project looks promising. But I couldn't install it when I tried. It doesn't seem to be packaged anywhere.

This needs WebkitFLTK which is an unofficial port of Webkit, cf. https://github.com/clbr/webkitfltk

If only for security reasons, I would stay away of this project.

If you like Opera or Vivaldi, just install one of them.
