Just download and install from source -

fatrat.dolezol.info

I did so without problems. Note that extra features (which you may well want, and need to specify when compiling) have extra dependencies - see the "Installation" page on the site.

You will need to have Qt installed first.

aria2 might be an alternative? Found in the Salix repo (at least in 13.1). command-line, but IIRC there are a few web GUIs out there.

If you're worried about building from source there's a FatRat slackware package to be found at slacky.eu (13.0 repo) that might or might not work. Or you can try converting a .rpm package with rpm2tgz

Okay, guys, FatRat sources ready for install.
For now I found working Uget install via slapt-src;installed, testing for its power.
Thx,

Pete

I run the slackware-based distro FluxFlux on two machines, and have noted that a FatRat 1.1.3 .txz package can be found in that repo: http://repo.fluxflux.net/2011/
Should run fine in Salix. There's also a uget 1.8.2 package.
