Have yet to find any Slackware builds for the new release of LibreOffice 4.0. My first impression is that it may require GTK+3, which also seems mostly unsupported under Slackware.
Any plans or news on this front?

Re: LibreOffice 4.0
Thanks guys, guess I need to Quack less and slapt-get more. Now installed on Slackel Openbox, where Writer works surprisingly well on my old, 750MHz laptop with 256MB RAM.

Re: LibreOffice 4.0
Thanks fredg, yes, my main laptop is still on Salix Fluxbox 13.37. Downloading & compiling LO from source seems like more work than just upgrading Salix.
Based on the stability I've seen so far on the older laptop, Slackel Openbox seems like a better fit for my personal needs. May wait another few weeks before making a final decision...
I will, of course, also be testing Salix 14 Live, on yet another old PC.
