Is exaile still being included in the upcoming Salix 14.2? The reason I ask is that it appears that it is disappearing from the newer debian-based distros (IIRC, it's a dependency that is not longer being supported more that a exaile issue).

Yes, it is included. It's still the default music manager/player.
