Hi.
Why slapt-src does not install dependency if it exists packages for it?

Because slapt-src only handles SlackBuilds. slapt-get is the one that handles packages.

The spi tool combines both slapt-get and slapt-src functionality and will install packaged dependencies for a SlackBuild.
