If we want to do things the same way as in zenwalk, I already have the "how to manage the repo" thing covered, mostly automated with scripts.
About the sources repo, I would prefer to have sources for every single package that goes on the repos. I wrote the script that parses src files in the repo too, so it's OK.
I have no idea about svn... Maybe it would be a good idea, I just don't know.

I'm ok.
I want to add that I want sources for every version/package, not one big sources directory like in zenwalk and we don't know if the source is for current or snapshot or older or ?? one sources directory per release and current (in alcoholix)
About versioning...hum that's not a bad idea and can help manage upgrades and changelog !
