Forum e-mail notification on post not working.

The "notify me when a reply is posted" doesn't seem to be working on the forum. I haven't received any notifications at all on my most recent posts.

In my account it does not work either.
But it worked in the past.

I had some trouble finding were to check the notify me upon reply but I found it and it was uncheck. Was it checked?
