Salix OS

If I choose the repository mirror TW which is nearest to me
it starts to download upgradable and after a while just stops downloading.
I then have to choose another mirror location in order to continue.

What could be the reason for this stopping in TW mirror?

I also told that the mirror of TW (Taiwan) was geographically close,
I originally specified a mirror for Salix there.
but there was a time when it was very heavy and not working properly.
(It seems that it is concentrated especially at night in Asia time)
Currently I am designating other mirrors such as the US.
