Yes, I think so. Just try booting some 64-Bit system (e.g. 64-Bit Installation/Live CD).

There are 64Bit CPUs in the Pentium 4 series and the width (probably bus width) is specified as 64bit in your output as well as the feature x86_64 is listed. Given your exact type of the cPU on could also do a lookup that way, but the processor does not seem to provide that detailed information.
