GParted on the Live CD - but not in the installed system?

GParted on the Live CD - but not in the installed system?

In my opinion, when I try to install from the Live CD a bootable system to the hard disk, the hard disk should have an equal system like the Live CD has. Maybe there are other applications besides GParted also missing in the installation then?

Yes. The LiveInstaller.
