Salix Xfce 14.0 is out now. And as it seems is doing an excellent job for most people who are using it.

What about Salix Xfce 14.0 Live? Coming out soon?

I would have wanted to make the Live version ready for when the regular version is released...but I've been short in time recently. Could not work on it before the next week. I hope it will be quick to make a Live version and I hope to make one before Christmas...or maybe between Christmas and New Year.

Happy to see that you will be doing a Salix 14 live CD.
I will be looking forward to it's release with many other users.

I hear and understand that time is not always plentiful for these projects. I have a number projects on the back burners myself.
Time is not always a friend, is it?

Christmas present almost ready?

Well an alpha is mostly done. But the installer is buggy right now, and of course, as this is an alpha, there are lots of bugs. I don't know if I will make this alpha publicly available or only for the team, waiting for a beta to be done to make it public. Unfinished things could be a bad idea as most people don't pay attention to the word "alpha" or "beta" anymore nowadays (thanks to Google mainly…)
