Is it possible (how) to create a Salix live USB, with salixlive64-xfce-14.1 that does not occupy all the space on the USB stick?
I want to be able to use the USB stick for other things too, beside Salix live.

There is an install_on_usb.sh script in the salix live iso file, along with a README_INSTALL_ON_USB.TXT that should explain everything.

Rufus for Windows installs Salix/Slack iso just fine to usb, it requires you to format the stick but all disk space is available.
Point and click, easy.
