You can build it for your kde-4.5.5 by downloading the SLKBUILD and getopt.h.patch and run

Next install it with

I agree with most of the comments in this thread. Razor-qt may be worth watching but I certainly wouldn't build a distro with that as the default desktop. I also wonder if a qt based DE can ever be truly fast or lightweight.

should I treat it as april fool's day joke? ;)
anyway 2 years passed and everybody is switching to qt because it's fast and lightweight.

I'm bit tired of debian and ubuntu, I run Porteus (RazorQT) at the moment.
Salix seems to be what I need, Im going to install Ratpoison edition then try to install razor and other qt stuff.
Someone tried it already? Any advise?

Thanks
Martin

I have been build razorqt packages for salix and i have in mind to make a razorqt version of salix. But there is already openbox, kde and fluxbox as testing release. So i gave up because i cannot take care of another edition. Also, as i remember, razorqt was not complete.
Of cource anyone is welcome to build a razorqt salix version.

There is no razor-qt anymore. It has merged with LXDE to produce LXQt. Which is still a work in progress.

Oh.
I moved from LXQT to RazorQT on Debian.

Currently running Porteus RazorQT (Slackaware 14.1 based).
I have alien repo enabled but I need this:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositori ... tory/i586/

OK, where can I download openbox testing branch?
