Une bonne alternative à calibre, et qui marche c'est fbreader dans gslapt!! :D

Yes, that what is meant.

The README says:
FBReader is e-book reader for Linux PDAs and desktop.
Maybe "good alternative" means "with less dependencies" and/or "available in the extra-14.2 repos". It can be installed using spi, slapt-get or gslapt.

If you're looking for an ebook reader, certainly it is. But calibre works mainly as a library and fbreader has none of that functionality.

By the way, calibre is one of the few pieces of software that should better be installed following the instructions on its homepage, rather than installing it though the package management system.
