Sorry to be slow - too much time fighting with SME server and defective hard drives in the last few days.....

I installed gnome-mount and had another try this morning. Didn't help, unfortunately. I ended up getting a second error that I've not seen before:

Code: Select all

Unable to mount media.
There is probably no media in the drive.
Followed by the original 'please eject disc' error....
