I want to install Jdownloader as described here:
Code: Select all
Try out our new Install/Start-Script for Linux/Mac!
wget must be installed on system!
Download jd.sh
chmod +x jd.sh
start jd.sh
When I did this, theses messages appeared:
Code: Select all
mrox[~]$ chmod +x jd.sh
mrox[~]$ ./jd.sh
Download/Start JD-Installer
--2009-12-05 14:38:34-- http://update0.jdownloader.org/jdupdate.jar
Auflösen des Hostnamen »update0.jdownloader.org«.... 94.23.204.158
Verbindungsaufbau zu update0.jdownloader.org|94.23.204.158|:80... verbunden.
HTTP Anforderung gesendet, warte auf Antwort... 200 OK
Länge: 1299041 (1,2M) [application/octet-stream]
In »jdupdate.jar« speichern.
100%[======================================>] 1.299.041 1,23M/s in 1,0s
2009-12-05 14:38:37 (1,23 MB/s) - »jdupdate.jar« gespeichert [1299041/1299041]
./jd.sh: line 68: java: command not found
mrox[~]$ ./jd.sh
JD Installation found: No valid JDownloader.jar exist!
Start JD-Updater
./jd.sh: line 55: java: command not found
How can this be solved?

@ wingevil: It's not really necessary to reboot, but you need to have java in your PATH. Instead you can run the script /etc/profile.d/jre.sh
@ JRD: His problem is solved

relogin works too and should adapt the path properly in the whole session, not only inside the current commandline
