I don't know if you want to add Salix there or what you want to write so I didn't do it myself
when I update via gslapt (or slapt) it tells me about 4 or 5 packages which are excluded from the update procedure.
How to overcome that and which packages are not to update at all (besides those already discussed earlier)?
Or is it not required at all to update to 13.0.2?

I tried but they didn't reply. It's not automatic. They have to accept the addition.
Maybe if anyone knows someone there...
Or if one of the devs would say, I am a dev, they would have to answer.
Edit: I just sent them another mail. We'll see what happens.
