The printer works after changing the packages.

The scanner is not seen by "Simple Scan" and "Xsane", do you have any μαγεία to fix that?

Try these scangearmp-mg3500series packages
If they don't work try these scangearmp-slkbuild-packages

Standing ovation for you Djemos :D I have been installing the packages "scangearmp-mg3500series", the scanner works perfectly by launcher (without launcher runs by terminal with the command "scangearmp")
Command's footpath is: /usr/local/bin.
