terminal wont open again

Hello everyone

Sometimes when I open a terminal and close it after a single command without opening another one I wont be able to open any other terminal again.
xterm simply fails and so does the shortcut. I use fluxbox and the current SalixOS. The error occurs especially often at the beginning of a session but is otherwhise random.

Restarting Fluxbox does not help.
Logging out and in again solves the problem, but it still is anoying.
I encountered this problem the first time after starting xflux, but it happens with other programms as well (like htop or alsactl).

I'm sorry, but there's no obvious reason for your problem. These kind of interminent problems mostly tend to point to hardware issues.
