Installation does not allow me to create users

I'm installing from USB and all right until the last step where it tells me that the users will be created when I accept it. I jump to the part of choosing the repositories and from there to restart.

But in the step of creating the users it does not show it and it raises the system without users.

It sounds like some packages have not been installed properly.

Did you check the md5 of the iso you downloaded?

It could also be that the USB stick you're using is bad. If the md5 checks out, try using another one.

Or I guess it could be a hard drive or RAM failure...
