A missing dependency again

PyOpenssl should be on deluge's dependency list at the enialis repo
+ a question:
why can gslapt show the depinfo only for uninstalled packages?

Thanks. It was fixed in current, but I had forgotten to also fix it in 13.0

Because it's not at all certain that the installed package has exactly the same dependencies as the one in the repositories. You might have rebuilt a package with exactly the same name and version numbering, but with completely different options and dependencies.
