Hello, forum members,
The SalixLive Xfce 15.0 edition (https://salixos.org/download.html) uses a different installer than the standard [non-live] Salix 15.0 installer.
SalixLive uses a GUI installer called SLI (the "Salix Live Installer"). SalixLive includes a "Startup Guide," written by djemos, which explains how the installer works. If you are interested in the SalixLive Xfce 15.0 edition and would like a preview of SLI, this guide should be helpful ...
The Startup Guide was originally created with LibreOffice Writer but I thought that a version typeset with LaTeX would look a bit nicer. So I gently revised the guide and created a LaTeX-ed version.
[Both djemos and gapan have given their approval to this version, so I believe it is OK to post it here in the forum.]
This document is 20 pages long [662 KB] and includes screenshots. It was typeset with LaTeX and the hyperref package.
It has been publicly shared from the Keep&Share link below:

The PDF should display immediately in Preview mode. You do not need to create a Keep&Share account in order to download the file. Just click on the Download icon:

We hope this guide will be useful if you are considering the possibility of installing SalixLive Xfce 15.0.
