so far Slint has been fund only by myself, with one exception: the gift of the
only computer I own, thanks to Philippe.
I'm thinking of asking for donations to help with recurring costs (currently,
mainly the cost of renting a virtual server to host the slint.fr website and its
domain name), and also to fund hardware, such as a laptop.
I am requesting comments on how to set up donation method and platform(s) for
one time or recurrent donations alike, in a way that would minimize donations
processing fees and being accessible worldwide.
I also welcome suggestions on how to publicize donations for donors who would
like or require that.
Last but not least, I favor a way that does not take me too much time to set up
and maintain, to the detriment of the time I devote to Slint.
