A hello and some questions...
Re: A hello and some questions...
You're right. I still have this old package: iasl-20061109-i486-50.1
Re: A hello and some questions...
It reminds me that I recompile iasl for zenwalk once a time. Maybe I can build it for Salix ?
I was away (and I'm still) because my hard disk crashed when making a partition move/shrink...and it was my /home partition, obviously (Murphy's rules...).
Hello maximus !

Re: A hello and some questions...
I've already made a package since I needed it to build vbox. I used the zw buid script to populate the SLKBUILD file. I can post it if you want.JRD wrote:It reminds me that I recompile iasl for zenwalk once a time. Maybe I can build it for Salix ?

Mine (for ZW) : http://enialis.net/~jrd/zenwalk/iasl/20080609/
I remember it's not the same version than zenwalk, it's more recent. Which version did you use laprjns ?

I got the latest package, 20090903 from here: http://www.acpica.org/downloads/. I've already posted it in Contributed packagers.
