Have you installed Salix or are you trying from the live CD? Generally you can use the mount command from a terminal to mount any partition that you want. There is also a graphical application for that, disk-manager, you can install it with gslapt/slapt-get, if you don't have it already..

It seems like i have no administrator rights.
The second problem is, it seems like gnome-manger dose not exist.

Of course i know, but it says i have not administrator rights, the root password is the same as my login passw.

I don`t know, but firefox need it when i want change my download directory.
I just changed my download directory in firefox without knowing about gnome-manager or having it installed.

Don't you get asked for the root password when you're launching disk-manager from the menu?
