Ok, i still don`t get it, i type in terminal mount sdb, and it says not in /etc/fstab or etc/mtab.
The latest version of launcher command:thunar mount /sdb Záloha II/!Download

You shouldn't only read part of it but all of it or at least all that's relevant for you (and that's definitely more than just one small part).
One thing you're making everything more difficult for yourself is that you use special chars in your pathnames. The next problem is that you don't seem to be able to supply pathes properly. Finally you need some persistent location where to mount your other disk. Possibly by extending your /etc/fstab, that's sth explained in the slackbook for example.
Oh, and finally it would be all the easier if you just did what you're told. E.g. "mount" does not mean "mount sdb", which is on top of being significantly different wrong. The right approach would be "mount /dev/sdb" if there's an entry in the fstab for that disk. As I said that's in the slackbook.

Ok i read the book all of it, really, not just one part but i`m a chemist not IT specialist and because of that for me don`t contain enough relevant information.

The special charters are heritage after Windows XP and i can`t do now anything with this.

It seems like fstab not contains entry, i did everything as you/book says.

This is what I mean by post the out of mount command:

Code: Select all

rich[~]$ mount
/dev/root on / type ext4 (rw,noatime,barrier=1,data=ordered)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
none on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw,devmode=0664,devgid=100)
/dev/sda5 on /home type ext4 (rw)
/dev/sda6 on /shared_data type vfat (rw,umask=0000)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
gvfs-fuse-daemon on /home/rich/.gvfs type fuse.gvfs-fuse-daemon (rw,nosuid,nodev,user=rich)
Open a terminal by right clicking on the desktop then > Applications > Terminal
In the terminal, at the prompt, type mount and press enter key, You should get output that looks something like mine above. Copy all other output and post it here.

Code: Select all

/dev/sdc1 on /media/Záloha II type fuseblk (rw,allow_other,blksize=4096)
There you go, so the line you want to add to the Create Launcher dialog box is:

Code: Select all

thunar /media/Zalohsa II/Downlload
Although the space between Zalohsa and II may give you some problems

Linux in general involves passing through a learning curve. There is a culture of finding things out for yourself (on the web). The Salix community is much, much more tolerant of beginners (like me) than most. But remember, those who help us here are giving their time for free. So instead of posting
I`m not satisfied with Ristretto and Transmission torrent client. I wanna change them to Xnview and Ktorrent..

it might go down better if you researched the problem yourself first, and explained briefly what you tried and didn't work. Perhaps, for that problem you needed to know how the package manager works (Gslapt under System in the main menu, if you are not using the console), though it's possible that particular software might not be available for Salix. Or if it's not that important (I use Transmission, and there are probably better alternatives, but still, I'm a satisfied non-paying customer ;)) , just leave it. Really, I think Linux best suits people who are curious about how things on their computer work, because otherwise it's probably not worth the time you will need to invest. For a beginner like me, that's years, but even at this stage I like the feeling of not just being a passive and patronised victim of Microsoft.
