Thank you maximus, that did it, yes I have disk-manager and I did just that I opened disk-manager and it told me that there were missing mount points and offered me to delete and I say yes, now everything is fine, have rebooted 5 times and all my usb's drives auto mount as they should and I have access to them, just like before.
I thank everyone that took the time to help me with this matter.

Root owns all my external usb hard drives everytime I reboot
Re: Root owns all my external usb hard drives everytime I reboot
Yes, that is probably why this weirdness happens. Did you remove the entries?
Re: Root owns all my external usb hard drives everytime I reboot
yes I did gapan, but it is true that every time I reboot I have the same lines added back in fstab by disk-manager, disk-manager makes an auto save of mount points file, as you can see in the other post that I have posted. but now everything is working fine, haven't got any problems.

Oh, sorry, I haven't read your previous message in this thread when I replied. It was on a different page than the one I was reading. Duh.
