I'm willing to help. I could moderate the forum in Portuguese but first we have to find Portuguese speakers users who are using SalixOS. Now i'm doing some work translating to pt_PT, hope i get followers to do the same.

Unfortunately what often happens in Brazil (at least in the higher education sector) is the pirating of Windows, even by public institutions. Shocking, I say, shocking. What an opportunity lost!

Probably the last important point before creating this new localized version is to ensure the technical knowledge of those who will make it live is up to par.
Do you guys feel you can handle the more difficult or technical questions that will not fail to come up from time to time?
Let's not forget that our most seasoned and prolific support givers, like gapan, Shador, JRD, djemos and co. won't really have full access to that part of the forum.
